All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to speed future ordering and ease of payment for reoccurring services.

Refunds/Terms of Use/Policies 

All sales are final, as our products are considered to be custom software and/or data product solutions. As such, there are no refunds. By using this site, our email servers/electronic communications with employees you acknowledge this agreement and our terms expressed herein. This policy is consistent with industry-standard policies relating to web based software and data - such as DVDs, CDs, or other "open-box" software, etc.  Cancellation of services requires a 60 day prior written notitication with your physical signature for any of our services not excluding web hosting, web portal services, and/or administration services, and you notify ProMedDevs in writing with an attached document (on your company letterhead) with your signature via email at within 60 days prior to your date of renewal for your service you wish to cancel. This policy also applies to any additional services such as, but not limited to, overages, disk space, email accounts, domain name registration, and web, app, SEO services, or custom app design services. Services cannot be prorated nor refunded either. In consideration of the continuing mobile app and website services and support provided by Promeddevs. This contract renews itself annually and automatically each year without notice. In the event that The Client desires to discontinue its relationship with Promeddevs, and forgo access to continuing services and support, The Client agrees to notify Promeddevs via a Written Cancellation Notice, physically signed, and emailed to at least 60 days prior to the annual renewal date. If the cancellation is received after then The Client is due those fees until the first month of the first day of the following year that renewal month. Annual terms which are not canceled in the timely manner as prescribed (60 day prior written notice) nor maintained by the payment of the monthly and/or yearly maintenance fees will be subject to a late fee of $35/month, and accounts in arrears may be referred to third parties for collection. All funds due until the end of the annual renewal are still due and any reversals/missed/disputed payments will be immediately due plus interest and will be past due to the retro active original billing date.
